Strengthening cooperation between OSCE and CSTO in Central Asia discussed in Vienna under Tajikistan Chairmanship

17 July 2019 a regular plenary meeting of the OSCE Forum for Security Co-operation (FSC) has been held in Vienna under the Tajikistan Chairmanship, which was dedicated to the cooperation between the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) and the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) with the focus on the two structures’ interaction in Central Asia.

Mr. Valery Semerikov, acting Secretary-General of the CSTO, Mr. Oleg Kravchenko, Head of the CSTO Division of the First Department of the CIS countries of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation and Mr. Nosir Nazarzoda, Chief Researcher of the Institute of Asian and European Studies of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan were invited to the plenary meeting as keynote speakers.
