Presentation of Annual Drug Review for 2018

On 19 March 2019 within the framework of the 62nd session of the Commission on Narcotic Drugs the Delegation of Tajikistan headed by Mr. Sherkhon Salimzoda, Director of the Drug control Agency under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan (DCA), has organized the Side Event entitled "Presentation of Annual Drug Review for 2018".

The presentation has summarized analytical and statistical materials about the main aspects of the fight against drug trafficking and drug abuse prevention, as well as anti-drug cooperation, reflecting the contribution of the Republic of Tajikistan in combating this global threat.

The UNODC Regional Representative for Central Asia and more than 55 representatives of the UN member states have participated in the Side Event and highly appreciated the informative and useful content of the presentation which had been delivered by the Head of the DCA under the President of Tajikistan.
