Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of
Tajikistan to the Republic of Austria Ismatullo Nasredinov presented his
letters of credence to the Austrian Federal President Dr. Heinz
Fischer.
After the ceremony of presenting credentials a meeting between Ambassador of Tajikistan and President Heinz Fischer has taken place. Political adviser to the Austrian Federal President, Director General and Secretary General of the Federal Ministry for European and International Affairs also participated in the meeting. During substantial conversation the current status and perspectives of relations, political and social situation in the region and other issues were discussed. During the meeting the Federal President of Austria Dr. Heinz Fischer noted with satisfaction the outcomes of his visit to Tajikistan in March this year, and particularly mentioned his meeting with the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon. Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan in his turn stressed that he will make all efforts to develop and strengthen relations between two countries. In conclusion, Dr. Heinz Fischer took the opportunity to convey his best wishes to his Tajik counterpart. | |
