DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:
- For the diplomatic visas – Verbal Note of one of the following authorities - foreign affairs authorities, diplomatic representatives of foreign countries, international organizations or representatives of international organizations, Consulates of the foreign States;
- For the official visas - Verbal Note of one of the following authorities - foreign affairs authorities, diplomatic representatives of foreign countries, international organizations or representatives of international organizations, letter of invitation of ministries and institutions of Tajikistan on request of the visa issuance;
- For the investment visas - official letter from the company and the State Committee for Investment and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan;
- For the business visas - official letter of representations of the foreign companies, organizations and the legal persons irrespective of their form of ownership;
- For the work visas – invitation letter from organization or the citizen of Tajikistan requesting the issuance of a visa and the labour or civil contract;
- For the tourism visas - request letter written by applicants and letter from licensed tourist companies, travel itinerary, air ticket's reservation;
- For the educational visas - official letter of educational and scientific institutions, approval of educational institution of Tajikistan or official letter from organization directing the foreign student on a training, under the programs of an exchange, educational practice and studying language;
- For the free economic zone visas - letter of the Administration of free economic zones and the work permit authorizations;
- For the private visas - notice of Department of Visas and Registration of the Ministry of internal affairs (OVIR) of the Republic of Tajikistan;
- For the driver’s visas - letter of the legal persons irrespective of their form of ownership, the license for the realization of activity on the international transportation, copy of an insurance policy on the vehicle;
- For the crew of aircrafts’ visas – official letter of an airline or its representation in Tajikistan and the copy of flight certificate of a member of the crew and of air vessel;
- For the mass media visas - visa can be issued on base of accreditation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan. Necessary documents for representation registration and accreditation of foreign mass media.
- For the Spouse of Tajikistan citizen visas - application of the spouse of the citizen of Tajikistan and the copy of marriage certificate;
- For the missionary visas – official letter from relevant authorities, institutions or religious organization;
- For the sportsmen and creative groups’ visas – the letter from the official bodies of a country of origin of applicant, or letter of relevant official bodies of the Republic of Tajikistan;
- For the humanitarian visas - the official letter of foreign and other establishments irrespective of their form of ownership, or the letter of official bodies of the Republic of Tajikistan;
It is necessary to note that, depending on a category of visa additional documents can be required.
