On March 6, Nizomiddin Zohidov, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan had a meeting with the Ambassador Plenipotentiary and Extraordinary of the Republic of Turkey Mehmet Munis Dirik. At the beginning of conversation the Ambassador of Turkey presented the letter of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the friendly country Ahmet Davutoglu to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Hamrokhon Zarifi concerning carrying out the international exhibition EXPO-2020 at the initiative of the Turkish side in Izmir. During the meeting the parties discussed various aspects of development of the bilateral relations in the light of agreements which were reached during official visit of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomalii Rahmon to the Republic Turkey in December, 2012. The parties noted that implementation of arrangements will elevate versatile cooperation of the two friendly countries on a qualitatively new level. NIAT "Khovar” has been reported at the Department of Information, Press, Analysis and Foreign Policy Planning of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan.
