DUSHANBE, 08.11.2017. As previously was reported, the responsibility for the recent terrorist attack in New York was assumed by ISIL (banned in Tajikistan). This again demonstrates the serious threat posed by this terrorist organization to the whole world, including to Tajikistan, which is part of the world community.
